Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest three steps:

1. Check their credentials. 2. Ask for proof of insurance. 3. Get a written estimate.
