How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Silentchart Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Silentchart Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Silentchart Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Steps to File
Email contact@silentchart.property and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
